Scene description The Canadian television version showed an alternate take of the scene where the Terminator shoots the gun store owner. In the theatrical version, you actually see the owner get blown away, but in this television version, it replaces this with a view from outside the store. You hear the shotgun blast and then you see the door of the shop swing open. Reason cut Probably the murder on the gunstore owner was a scene that was not allowed to be shown on TV airing. Comments It's actually a leftover bit of when the Terminator enters the store. When he enters the store, the door closes and then quickly cuts away. This part, used for the alternate scene instead of showing the gunshot, is just the bit when the doors closes and (accidentally) falls open again.
